Co-owners/managers Juan Salazar and Maria Lopez have introduced popular breakfast items such as omelets, West Virginia Burrito, and Huevos con Chorizo, as well as signature dishes like the Boss burrito and street tacos. Salazar highlighted that all their food is made with authentic spices from Mexico, setting them apart from other restaurants serving Mexican food.

La Guadalupana Antojitos Mexicanos operates from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 9 a.m. to 1 a.m. Friday through Sunday, offering dine-in, takeout, and curbside pickup options. The owners expressed excitement about the warm reception they have received from the community and look forward to welcoming more customers to their restaurant.
