La Guadalupana Antojitos Mexicanos recently celebrated its official opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at its location on West Main Street. The restaurant, which has been in business since April, offers authentic Mexican cuisine and features a unique combination of a sit-down dining area, a market/grocery store offering Mexican goods, and a breakfast menu.
Co-owners/managers Juan Salazar and Maria Lopez have introduced popular breakfast items such as omelets, West Virginia Burrito, and Huevos con Chorizo, as well as signature dishes like the Boss burrito and street tacos. Salazar highlighted that all their food is made with authentic spices from Mexico, setting them apart from other restaurants serving Mexican food.
