Despite the defeat, Kansas head coach Mark Francis praised his team’s effort and performance in the match. He highlighted the team’s resilience and fighting spirit, emphasizing the positives they can take away from the game.

The Jayhawks will look to bounce back from this loss as they continue their season and aim to improve their record in the tough Big 12 conference. Their next match is against TCU on September 25, where they will look to secure a much-needed win.
