West Virginia University’s athletic department is celebrating the success of its student-athletes on and off the field. Forty-eight mountaineers have been named to the Fall Academic All-Big 12 Team, showcasing their dedication to both their studies and their sport.
The Academic All-Big 12 Team honors student-athletes who have achieved a 3.0 GPA or higher while competing in one of the conference’s 24 sports. This prestigious recognition highlights the Mountaineers’ commitment to excellence in both academics and athletics.
Among the honorees are standout athletes from a variety of sports, including football, soccer, cross country, and volleyball. These student-athletes have demonstrated their ability to balance the demands of their sport with the rigors of their academic coursework.
