Jason Landers, president of Highmark Health Options West Virginia (HHO WV), has been named to the West Virginia Executive Health Care Hall of Fame, Class of 2025. Landers is being recognized for his significant contributions to the advancement of health care in West Virginia over his 30-year career. He expressed his gratitude for the honor and credited his colleagues, mentors, and community partners for their support.
Highmark Health Options West Virginia is the state’s newest managed care organization and the first Blue Cross Blue Shield-branded MCO to serve West Virginians. Launched on August 1, the organization is the fastest-growing MCO in the state and has members in every county. The Hall of Fame, sponsored by West Virginia Executive Magazine, highlights leaders in health care whose innovations have had a lasting positive impact on the state and its residents.
HHO WV serves Medicaid-qualifying individuals and focuses on improving health outcomes, simplifying the health care experience, and ensuring affordability.
