Track and Field Reveals 2025 Outdoor Schedule


West Virginia University Department of Intercollegiate Athletics and the track and field team have released their 2025 indoor schedule, which includes four home meets at Mylan Park Track & Field Complex in Morgantown, West Virginia. The outdoor season will kick off with split squads competing at various meets in Florida, West Virginia, North Carolina, California, Virginia, and Pennsylvania.

The Mountaineers will return home for the Mountaineer Twilight meet in April before traveling to the Penn Relays in Philadelphia. They will host two more home meets in May before heading to the Big 12 Outdoor Track and Field Championships in Kansas. Following the conference championship, WVU will aim to qualify for the NCAA East Preliminary Round in Jacksonville, Florida.

The season will culminate with the NCAA Outdoor Championships at Hayward Stadium in Eugene, Oregon in June. Coach John Applebee is excited about the upcoming season and is looking forward to seeing his team compete at a high level.
